The unit conveyor transports the cassettes through a temperature controlled convector heating section. Labels are then removed by electronically controlled stripping systems. Both conveyor belt and label stripping speeds are fully adjustable to suit different label types.

The VS500 can be used as a stand alone unit or incorporated into a production line and can be linked one of our range of conveyor degaussers, providing the user with a complete VHS cassette recycling package.

The standard VS500 is suitable for de-labelling most commercially duplicated VHS cassettes. For non standard labels an optional extended convector heater section can be added for easy removal of the most difficult labels.
