The VS1020 Beta Rebuilder is the answer to anyone handling large quantities of Beta cassettes wanting to avoid inefficient repairs to damaged items - the VS1020 enables operators to quickly and securely "get inside"Beta cassettes.
The cassette is simply clipped into place and with the press of a switch, the machine automatically removes all five screws enabling the cassette top to be removed. After repairs have been completed, the top section is positioned and the VS1020 replaces the screws, automatically tensioning them to the correct torque.
The VS1020 will be an essential part of any bulk Beta handling process and will make significant savings for operators.
