Each molder comes with a vacuum pump (Sogevac) - (instead of a Venturi
injector)
All temperature controllers contain magnetic couplings and are designed
for temperatures up to 140 degree C.
Sprue disposal built in stainless steel (stainless steel chute)
Lines include: A fully integrated, electrical interface with data
transfer via Profibus. A mechanical servo-handling for transfer of
discs from the molder to the Skyline II downstream. HEPA flowbox over
disc handling and mold. Lines can be upgraded to produce DVD5 discs
